A clear agreement
before we begin.
These standard terms accompany your request. The final written scope confirms your selected service, total price, provider costs, timeline, and payment instructions before work begins.
1. The service
Clinton Foster, trading as Foster Web Services, provides a single mobile-friendly page for a one-time introductory setup fee of $100. Any applicable tax and all third-party costs will be disclosed in the written quote before payment.
2. What is included
Choose one of three demo designs. The page includes a business introduction, services, hours and service area, call and email links, social and map links, up to five customer-supplied photos, one consolidated revision round, launch assistance, and a brief ownership walkthrough.
3. What is separate
Domain registration, hosting, business email, paid software, additional pages, custom booking, e-commerce, logo design, and extensive copywriting are separate. No ongoing hosting or support subscription is included in the setup fee.
4. Your accounts and materials
You create and own your domain and hosting accounts and pay providers directly, including renewals. You provide accurate business details and confirm that you have permission to use supplied photos, logos, and text. Grant project access without sending passwords through this form.
5. Approval and payment
A request is not a confirmed booking or a payment. We first confirm scope, provider costs, timing, and any changes in writing. After both parties accept that scope, the setup fee is paid once through the agreed business payment method before building begins. You review the page before launch.
6. Revisions and corrections
One combined round of revisions within the agreed scope is included. Report defects in the delivered work within 14 days after launch for correction at no additional charge. New content, added features, and later third-party changes are separate work.
7. Ownership and handoff
After full payment, you receive control of your website account and the custom deliverables or available platform export. Existing templates, software, fonts, and stock media remain subject to their licenses. Editing and export capabilities depend on the platform selected in your written scope.
8. Future changes
A small text or photo change taking up to 30 minutes starts at $25. Larger work is $50 per hour with an estimate approved before work. An optional $25 monthly arrangement covers one small update of up to 30 minutes with no rollover; it starts only under a separate agreement and can be cancelled before the next monthly period.
9. Cancellation
Before work starts, a cancelled project receives a full refund of the setup fee. After work begins, any deduction for completed work and the remaining refund will be itemized, capped at the agreed setup fee. Third-party purchases follow the provider’s refund terms.
10. Completion and ongoing operation
The delivery schedule begins when required content, access, and payment are received. Delayed materials or approval may move the schedule. After handoff, you are responsible for account access, renewals, and provider arrangements. Search rankings, customer leads, and uninterrupted third-party hosting are not guaranteed.
11. Request privacy
Your request, contact details, typed name, and acknowledged terms version are stored privately for Clinton to review and respond. They are not displayed publicly. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, or sensitive customer records. Contact clint@6fosters.com about your request or to ask for its deletion.
